Account deletion

You can permanently delete your GET-QR account and all associated data at any time.

If you are considering deleting your GET-QR account, this page explains everything you need to know about the account deletion process. At GET-QR, we are committed to providing a reliable, user-friendly QR code generator and management platform. However, we understand that your needs may change over time, which is why we give you full control over your account and personal data, including the option to permanently remove them whenever you choose. 

Before proceeding with account deletion, we recommend contacting our support team if you are experiencing technical issues or have questions about using GET-QR. In many cases, our team can help resolve the issue and provide additional guidance. Please note that once your deletion request has been confirmed, your account and associated data cannot be restored. 

To delete your GET-QR account:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Open the 'Profile' section.
  3. Select 'Delete account'.
  4. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
  5. Open the email and click the confirmation link.
  6. Once your request is confirmed, your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion.

What data will be deleted

When you delete your account, the following information will be removed:

  • account information;
  • QR codes you have created;
  • uploaded files and media content;
  • analytics data and other account-related information.


All account data, QR codes, and uploaded files will be scheduled for permanent deletion and will be irreversibly removed within 30 days after your deletion request has been confirmed.
